OE Department Liaisons are a voice of their departments in OE@KCC and a voice for their departments in OE@KCC. Responsibilities include:

1. Actively participate in liaison meetings (to be held virtually)
2. Select the article to read and lead discussion for at least one meeting; post a review of the article/discussion to our blog
3. Blog on OE@KCC site (at least 3 times, more if you like- PD/workshop reflection, article selection, and final reflection)
4. Remind your department members and chair about ZTC CUNYFirst coding for scheduling
   • this is different from the one faculty can set in Akademos
5. Share information about OE with departmental colleagues
   1. Informal sharing, especially with new colleagues and those who don’t know about OER
   2. Raising awareness of OE events/fellowships/opportunities/OE@KCC site (ex: forwarding emails/announcements)
   3. Encouraging faculty to propose/apply for grant funds/programming
   4. Plan and execute at least one OE workshop/session for your department
6. Research and share State of OE in Your Department
   1. Collecting newest versions of artifacts from your department to post on OE@KCC site
   2. Collecting data about what courses/sections are using OE
   3. Identify areas where OE can assist department
   4. Collect suggestions for OE programming/funding from department
